・About parallel import goods

Parallel import goods are products that are purchased overseas and imported by a company that is not an authorized distributor of a specific brand.
Originally, it is a product that was manufactured to be distributed overseas and was purchased locally and imported into Japan.
Both genuine and parallel import products are manufactured in the same place, but the distribution routes are different, so it is possible to sell them at a much lower price than genuine products. We cannot guarantee repairs or replacements at authorized dealers, and there are some disadvantages such as an instruction manual in the original distribution language being included, but as for the warranty, we have a 1 year warranty from our store. We try to prepare a simple Japanese instruction manual as much as possible.
In addition, regarding breakdowns and repairs, our shop has a tie-up with a watch repair workshop, and we will support you as much as possible, so you can buy with confidence.

Warranty

・Notes on warranty

We cannot accept any promises regarding the application of the warranty or requests for a refund of the product price until we are unable to confirm the condition of the product.

・About the postage at the time of the guarantee

・About quartz (battery-powered) watches

The battery that is pre-installed in the watch you purchased is a monitor battery that was installed at the time of manufacture to check the function and performance. The monitor battery may run out of battery life before reaching the specified number of years. Thank you for your understanding. If it stops immediately after arrival, please contact us within one week after the product arrives and we will replace the battery. The price of the battery is not included in the product price, so even if the battery runs out after that, even if it is within the warranty period, battery replacement will not be covered by the warranty.
